Generally the service was good, the room was incredibly comfortable and beautiful with table tennis and great view, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by beautiful forest all around, the city life, and a green hill. The staff was really kind, as for 4-stars property.

Nestled in the heart of nature, this hotel is situated near a flowing river with mesmerizing mountains in sight. the clean and comfortable rooms offer a variety of facilities, including 24-hour hot water, electric blankets, and indoor/outdoor games. the staff provides outstanding service, offering warm hospitality and serving fresh, homestyle food.

The approach to the hotel can be inconvenient, especially during rainfall, since one needs to cross a bridge and a rice field to reach the property.

The natural surroundings and the view of the mountain range were truly breathtaking. we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the courteous staff who served tastefully cooked ethnic food in the dining area. The eco-friendly ethos of the property was a high point.

The lack of fridge, menu card, and room service, as well as the challenging and steep access, were inconvenient for us. The absence of an AC was manageable due to the location's green cover.

We had an incredible stay at a peaceful and relaxing resort with breathtaking mountain views. The location was perfect, providing a serene getaway while still offering good connectivity to both Dharamshala and Kangra airport. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the river was a highlight. The staff, particularly Praveen Bharadwaj, was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. The service was top-notch, and we felt well taken care of. The showers were a pleasant surprise with amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this boutique eco resort.

Located in a stunning spot, two activities were complimentary, the waterfall was a refreshing delight in the hot weather. the staff's warm welcome was fantastic, making it feel like home. Best aspects: There was excellent mountain and river views in the room. the hotel was spacious and clean, with plenty of natural light. Great facilities for kids.

No TVs in the room, which was not a significant issue because of the stunning location. Room service and meals could be much more enhanced in terms of variety and taste.

Close to nature, on the stream, excellent staff, comfortable room. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel is located right next to the river and is nestled in the midst of nature, making it the perfect location for a peaceful getaway. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the comfortable room with its stunning view of the snow-capped mountain ranges. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
